1936 Traditional brick & wood sided home undergoes a full renovation as being prepared for sale. Work included:

• Removed basement floor from mechanical room to basement bedroom / recreation room to base of basement stairs.

• Engineered, permitted and installed the Grip Tite System to secure and lift the house foundation and repair the settlement.

• Rewired basement. Kitchen, main floor outlets and most lighting circuits.

• Install new electrical distribution panel.

• Replaced plumbing and gas pipe as needed for new code compliance.

• Installed Lenox Elite 95% efficient forced air furnace w/ Honeywell Stat.

• Repaired assorted broken windows.

• Rebuilt sun room including new windows, heating ducts, electrical and siding.

• Installed all new Oak floors on main level including new step treads to top floor.

• Installed new kitchen cabinets.

• Installed new solid surface counter tops, fireplace surrounds and wall tile.

• Install new range, dishwasher and disposal.

• Installed new interior doors including hardware.

• Install a significant amount of new door, window and base trim.

• Installed new Aluminum and Glass railing off Master Bedroom deck.

• Replaced most all of the electrical surface and recessed lighting fixtures.

• Repaired finish materials including plaster throughout the home.

• Prepped, primed and professionally painted the interior walls, ceilings and architectural moldings and trim.

• Restored several of the original ventilation registers.

• Repaired four exterior window trim and sills.

• Replaced siding as needed after foundation lift.

• Replaced sanitary sewer pipe from building cast iron to NW corner of front yard.

• Installed arborvitaes (from Latin for tree of life) hedge on west property border.

• Painted north, east and part of south side exterior and touched up the remainder. Coated most of the window sills.

• Insulated crawl space and installed new moisture barrier on crawl soil surface.

• Restored plantings and lawn, weeded and trimmed flower beds.

• Installed new plush carpet in basement rec-room, bed room and hall.
